A simple little table, but the top is - to me - a thing of beauty. A single plank of oak with a subtle texture from being cut/planed with an adze - this is especially obvious on the underside where it hasn’t been smoothed off as much. The tilt top has a single mechanism with a wooden turn latch to hold it in place when the top is lowered.
Condition: Good condition throughout. There a couple of small scuffs on the top which I have tried to show in the photos. The base leans slightly to one side which means the table doesn’t sit perfectly flat, though this could be solved by putting a little wedge under one foot.
Dimensions:
Diameter - 73cm
Height - approx 72cm, varies a little due to the base leaning to one side slightly.
